Montagne Jeunesse's Clay Spa Face Masques Review

BOO!

Haha I for sure sent this picture to a bunch of people in my phone late at night.

They were not amused.

ANYWAY

This is a review of Montagne Jeunesse's Dead Sea Mud Spa Mask.

*I received these products complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster*

In the above picture I am wearing the mask

OBVIOUSLY

I'm not a crazed serial killer.

I think the one downside of this mask is that you look legitimately crazy when using it. There is absolutely no way to look cute while wearing this.

Thank goodness that the only one who saw this was my dog.

And all the people who saw the picture I sent.

And everyone reading this.

OKAY.

I was a little surprised when I first used this because I was not expecting it to be a literal mask. I assumed it was just a little packet of clay that I would rub all over my face. It was nice not having to do that. It was super easy, you just plop it on your face and Voila! You're done.

The only downside is the lack of control. I have sensitive eyes so I usually leave a bit more room around them because fragrance can really bug them. The scent wasn't bad or overpowering, but my eyes did water a bit.

I also have a lip piercing that I avoid when applying a mask, but I couldn't do that with this.

That's really the only problem I had. I was very pleased with the rest. The mask was gentle, it didn't irritate my skin and my skin looked and felt a lot better after using.

I've used products by Montagne Jeunesse before, and this is a new favorite. I look forward to trying more of their products and I'll definitely be picking up this mask again as well.

Oh! Did I mention that all of their products are cruelty free and never tested on animals?

I love that.

Sally Hansen Triple Shine Nail Color Review

Yo.

Long time no see.

In my defense, I haven't had a computer in eight months.

I have one now.

ANYWAY

I'm really super duper excited to share this polish with you because it's so darn pretty.

and

IT'S GREEN.

I love it when they send me stuff.

I was sent Sally Hansen Triple Shine polish #260 Statemint and ooh goodness is it pretty.

Here it is with one coat:
It's pretty much opaque but I used a second coat to even out some bald spots.

Two coats:

And here is the finished manicure!

I used Essie Belugaria on my pinkie and some bling from Sally Hansen's I <3 Nail Art Studs Kit.

I'm really pleased with this polish. I've used Sally Hansen's nail products before but I think this collection is a new favorite. I've since bought several more from the collection and might grab a couple more as well.

I'm also super excited about the marketing behind this collection. The main idea is that they want to incorporate the shine in the polish with the shining moments in your life. I think that's a really neat concept and seeing as I never feel truly shiny unless my nails are done, it works for me.

I hope this review was helpful and hopefully I'll be able to post more soon!
